Where Do You Ship?
We currently only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and peak sales periods.
Typically, order preparation—including stocking and packaging—takes 3–7 business days.
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you the tracking number.
If you haven’t received tracking confirmation within 7 business days of payment, please contact us at cs@goodteetime.com.
Delays may occur if there are issues with your order, such as incorrect payment or contact details.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, holidays, and weather conditions.
The estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 3–7 business days (processing time) + shipping time
For orders to the United States, the estimated shipping time is 10–25 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 12–14 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

Shipping Commitment
We are committed to timely delivery.
If your order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, we offer a refund on shipping costs (or partial refund if shipping was free):
Mainland USA: 40 days
Other U.S. locations: 45 days
Risk-Free Shipping
If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for the affected item.

For U.S. customers, there are no additional duties or import taxes upon delivery.
All applicable taxes (such as state sales tax) are calculated at checkout where required by law.
You will not be responsible for any customs fees when receiving your order.
