Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, products purchased on Good Tee Time and shipped by us must be returned with proof of purchase within 10 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Items must not show any signs of wear, use, stains, odors, or damage (including deodorant, perfume, pet hair, etc).

Returns must be approved by our support team in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Made-to-Order, DIY, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

If a product was imported by us and is defective or inaccurately described, we will cover return shipping.
Important
We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. If the return is lost, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Please always use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number.
Refund for Returned Items
When a return is approved and processed, we will issue 50% of the product's value as a refund, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with our support team.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, the following process applies:

Inspection Time: 3–7 business days after arrival

Refund Processing: 2–5 business days after approval

Total Refund Time: 5–15 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees (if any) will only be refunded for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund:

Order Adjustment/Cancellation
You have a 6-hour window to modify or cancel your order after checkout.
To request changes or cancellations, please contact us at cs@goodteetime.com.
After 6 hours, orders proceed to production, and no further modifications or cancellations can be made.
Additional Terms

Personalized items cannot be changed once confirmed

Size or color can be changed if price remains the same

Discounted orders cannot be modified (quantity or product type)

To change discounted orders: place a new order and request cancellation within 6 hours
Cancellation Fee

Cancelling within 6 hours incurs a 30% fee of total order value

Full refund is only available when switching orders
New orders automatically cancel old ones (100% refund applied).
